Shipment processing time- All orders are processed within 2-5 days

Shipments and deliveries occur on weekends and holidays depending

on the carrier. If the carrier is shipping or delivering on weekends and

certain holidays. You will receive your items at such times. Otherwise, you

will receive it on the following business day/s.

Covid era in relation to your goods: Physical goods may experience

delays in shipping and delivery due to interruption of the workforce on the

part of the carriers.

Major Holidays such as Christmas etc. are also a remarkably busy

time and fulfillment, shipping and delivery may be delayed due to the carrier's

capability of handling the load of packages and their available transportation.

All changes in shipping and delivery of your goods will be communicated to you.

We do not ship to a P.O Box or APO/FPO in order to guarantee the

delivery of your goods. If you have no other choice but to use a P.O Box or

APO/FPO please do contact our customer support and we will do our best to get

the goods to you wherever you are.

shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment

 Returns Policy

We offer 3 days from the day of delivery of your items to

communicate a problem with the item to us and start a return. We will only

accept returns of damaged goods. We do not accept size exchange or any other

returns. There will be no returns past the 3-day period after delivery. To

start a return process, please contact our support within 3 days of receiving

your order. We do not accept returns of sealed goods such as but not limited to

face masks, bathing suits, underwater, etc. due to health and hygiene reasons

unless you never opened the package. You are responsible for the cost of

shipping a return. Unless otherwise deemed appropriate by our support. The

return address will be on the delivery package. However please DO NOT start a

return without first contacting our support. If your return was issued, you

will be refunded within 10 days after we receive your package.
